Food and Hotel is a annually globally held event that has been happening for the last 10 years. The event creates opportunity for hundreds of companies both local and international in the F&B industry coming together for exhibition and networking. It was held at Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in District 7, HCMC from 24th to 26th of April.
KAMEREO team was there as visitors, the event was so lively that we’ve decided to recap it for those who didn’t find time to go. So here it is!
To join, you have to register as visitor (or exhibitor) online or on the spot at the event! Below is the event kit and the timeline of activities if you’re curious about what happened!
Some overview looks of the space, very nicely organised with a lot of exhibitors!
There are 3 different halls with A1 and A2 being more crowded with more exhibitors from both food and drinks retail and wholesale. For A3, the majority is kitchen utensils, machines and halal food!
The registration is in A3 so our team after getting our registration kit, we headed straight to A3 for the first exploration!

Heading on through a pathway to two bigger exhibition areas, A1 and A2. They have more food, food ingredients and beverages over there, mostly divided by origin country and what they’re selling.
Catching my eyes were some delicious looking cakes…
These guys sell ingredients and equipments to bake all this deliciousness on display. A lot of people mistake them for a cake bakery but when they come to taste the sample desserts, they would find out about the business. If anyone needs supplies for cake, Nhat Huong can be your guy!
Belgian Fries got some great hospitality, everyone is invited to grab some of their fries for free to try. Of course, we had to try some! the fries are so freshly made and served with great sauce.
There was an area dedicated to Australian supplies. They got everything that Australia is famous for which are fruit, cheese, juices and butchery,… Meatworks and Coles are the two big guys that were there as well!
There display area for coffee suppliers was pretty big and looking very nice. Walking around, we hear a lot about different types of beans, their origins, the process of making great coffee,… all very overwhelmed but quite knowledgable!
Annam was there with a lot of new products on display as well!
Some more butchery with both local made and imported supplies! They do amazing sausages and lamb chop samples. All cooked from the products they sell in house.
Now, we want to conclude our blog with an impressive display! Here it is, New Viet Dairy.
They set up a store-like display with really huge whole cheese block, salted ham…
Everything we can think of in a cheese and dairy world of products, they have it there, neatly on display!
